Requirements

High School Diploma or GED with minimum 4 + years of experience.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; ability to obtain & maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance
Ability to read and understand architectural drawings as well as follow and enforce safety procedures.
Ability to construct metal framing partition walls, to include drywall finishing and painting to a level 5 finish.
Skill in the use of computers, preferably in a PC, Windows-based operating environment.
Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade.
Records maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of carpentry duties as assigned.
Provide carpentry services, including: Design, construction, installation, and repair of wooden fixtures and structures (e.g., cabinets, furniture, shelving, doors, plaques, and custom wood products).
Framing and finish work.
Painting and staining.
Installing ceiling tile grids.
Installing commercial-style carpet tiles.
Monitor subcontractor performance as assigned.
Conduct jobsite troubleshooting.
Perform primary project layout and carpentry production.
