  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Able and willing to provide world-class service to all stakeholders
  • Demonstrated strong communication, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
  • Skilled in finish carpentry and cabinet installation with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong spatial awareness and ability to visualize project outcomes
  • Flexibility to assist with general construction and fabrication tasks as needed
  • Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 30+ lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
  • Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace

Responsibilities

  • Work with hardwoods, laminates, stains, paints, varnishes, plywood, and plastic sheeting
  • Customize and build projects according to client specifications
  • Perform caulking, paint preparation, and final assembly tasks
  • Execute construction, fabrication, and finish work with precision
  • Carry out finish and trim carpentry work in alignment with plans and specifications
  • Measure, cut, and install fixtures and millwork for doors, windows, and ceiling panels
  • Clean and prepare units for final completion
  • Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure project alignment
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues related to building components and equipment
  • Operate hand tools including handsaws, table saws, circular saws, and various drills
  • Install hardware such as hinges and handles with accuracy
  • Reinforce joints and attachments to enhance durability while maintaining aesthetic appeal

  • We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Offers are based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Pay range $20 - $24 per hour
