About The Position
Currently hiring residential and commercial carpenters for upcoming and on-going projects throughout in Bethesda, Hanover and the surrounding Baltimore area. Pay is $28-34/hour based on experience and skill set. If you have 5 or more years of experience as a carpenter in commercial and/or residential settings apply now!
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a carpenter in commercial and/or residential settings
- Able to pass a background check
- Your own tools and PPE
- Valid Driver's License and your own reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- OSHA 10 or 30 is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assemble, erect and repair frameworks - wood and metal
- Install flooring, windows, doors, interior trim, cabinetry, roofing, siding, insulation, drywall, and more.
- Ability to do trim and finish work
- Ability to hang and finish drywall
- Install floors, roofs, and walls
- Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
- Ability to design your own layout is preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and follow OSHA safety regulations
