We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our construction team. This role is a great fit for someone with residential construction experience who enjoys working collaboratively, continues to learn and takes pride in doing quality work.
Requirements
- Experience in residential construction, including framing and/or concrete work
- Dependable and able to work well as part of a team
- Motivated to continue learning and developing your skills
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work
- Able to provide basic hand tools
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Clean driver’s abstract
Responsibilities
- Frame floors, walls, roofs and decks
- Install windows and doors
- Install decking
- Install stairs
- Assemble scaffold
- Complete work to Effect Home Builders’ standards
- Work collaboratively with the construction team to deliver high-quality work
