Requirements

2+ years of solid residential carpentry or construction experience
Strong hands-on experience with exterior construction
Experience with decking, framing, porches, or outdoor living projects
Good working knowledge of hand and power tools
Ability to read plans, layouts, and measurements
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Reliable, punctual, and accountable work habits
Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Build custom decks, porches, and outdoor living structures
Perform framing, carpentry, and exterior construction work
Install windows, doors, trim, and other exterior components
Work with under-deck drainage systems and weatherproofing solutions
Read and interpret plans, layouts, and measurements
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Work with team members and leads to keep projects moving on schedule
Take ownership of the quality of your work and contribute to solving problems in the field
