You’ll perform a wide range of hands-on repair and rebuild tasks based on the needs of each project, supporting restoration work after water, fire, wind, or mold events. Every day looks a little different, but you make a difference by working across multiple trades - carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs - to get properties rebuilt the right way, handling framing, trim, surface prep, patching, and finishing with accuracy and craftsmanship, rebuilding and installing cabinets, including removal, setting, leveling, and securing for a clean finish, setting up, protecting, and maintaining clean, safe, organized work areas, pitching in with light demo, debris removal, and material handling whenever needed, and keeping your tools, equipment, and company vehicle clean, stocked, and ready for the next job.

Requirements

  • Dependable, hardworking, safety-minded, and confident in at least two skilled trade areas - framing, finish carpentry, drywall finishing, or painting.
  • Hands-on experience in carpentry, drywall, painting, and/or general repairs
  • Pride in detailed, high-quality craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with customers and teammates
  • Responsible and confident use of tools, equipment, and job site safety practices
  • Comfortable with minor plumbing and electrical (basic fixture swaps, simple disconnects/reconnects, troubleshooting, etc.)
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to meet all pre-employment screening requirements

Responsibilities

  • Working across multiple trades - carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs - to get properties rebuilt the right way
  • Handling framing, trim, surface prep, patching, and finishing with accuracy and craftsmanship
  • Rebuilding and installing cabinets, including removal, setting, leveling, and securing for a clean finish
  • Setting up, protecting, and maintaining clean, safe, organized work areas
  • Pitching in with light demo, debris removal, and material handling whenever needed
  • Keeping your tools, equipment, and company vehicle clean, stocked, and ready for the next job
