About The Position
Wharton-Smith, Inc. currently has immediate openings in the South Florida area for a carpenter position (Form & General). We offer a competitive salary and field benefits.
Requirements
- 3 years’ experience.
- Construction experience.
- Experience with installing and removing concrete forms.
- Experience with commercial hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to work outdoors in heat and direct sunlight for 8+ hours per day.
- Must have transportation to get to job site.
Nice To Haves
- High School diploma
- on-the-job training preferred
Responsibilities
- Build wooden structures and forms such as concrete forms, scaffolds, wooden supports, temporary frame shelters.
