This position is responsible for the construction, installation, and repair of walls, siding, commercial doors/windows, and roofs using materials such as steel, sheet metal, plastics and composites of multiple materials. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of experience

Responsibilities

Installs walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using materials such as: wood, steel, metal, plastics, and composites of multiple materials.
Fits and installs window frames, doors, door hardware, interior and exterior trim using a carpenter’s level, plumb bob, and laser levels.
Shapes or cuts materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws.
Demonstrates ability to work without direct supervision.
Analyzes blueprints effectively.
Cleans and maintains workstation, tools and manufacturing environment.
Consistently follows workplace safety procedures and ensures manufacturing crews are working safely according to company policies.
Consistently completes tasks on time, within budget and in a safe manner.
Analyzes upcoming tasks and anticipates equipment, procedures and training needed to complete work in a safe manner.
Designs and builds wood shipping crates and packages for various projects throughout the facility.
Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
