About The Position
Seeking an experienced Carpenter worker to ensure projects meet design, quality standards and deadlines. Must be able to interpret blueprints and construction plans. Communicate effectively with the staff, architects, and other contractors to ensure that projects meet their needs and expectations. Possess a general understanding of building science and trade work including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and mechanical. At least 5 years’ experience in residential remodeling and new construction is required.
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in residential remodeling and new construction.
- Skilled in carpentry, layout, framing, drywall, tiling, window and door installation, interior/exterior work, cabinet installation, demolition, and safety training.
- Ability to operate power tools and other small equipment.
- Ability to collaborate with a team.
