About The Position
We are hiring for Carpenters for ongoing commercial construction projects throughout the Boston and North Shore areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rough and finish carpentry, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of carpentry experience required
- Ability to read tape measures and construction plans
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Boston and North Shore area
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday
Nice To Haves
- Experience with both rough and finish carpentry preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform rough and finish carpentry work on residential and commercial job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Measure, cut, and install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and other building materials
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Install drywall, molding, siding, and other finish materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety regulations and company procedures
- Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades to ensure projects are completed on schedule
