Requirements

Strong leadership skills and the ability to train and guide others
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing project needs
Comfort working outdoors in varied conditions throughout the year
A team-focused, proactive approach to problem-solving
Knowledge of carpentry techniques and best practices
Accuracy when measuring, cutting, and shaping materials
Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment
Ability to perform physical labor and work comfortably at heights
High school diploma or equivalent
Four to six years of carpentry experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Install siding, windows, and doors according to company standards and procedures.
Produce high-quality work with careful attention to detail.
Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with homeowners.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive, professional presence on-site.
Keep current with construction techniques, tools, and materials.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized job site.
Coordinate daily work with the crew and keep homeowners informed.
Lead and assist the on-site carpentry crew.
Provide daily job progress updates to the supervisor.
Assign tasks to keep work moving efficiently and meet deadlines.
