The position requires the ability to read and comprehend furniture drawings, create detailed cut lists, and perform cutting, joinery, assembly, and finish sanding of various furniture components.

Requirements

• 5+ years previous experience of woodworking
• Reading and understanding drawings, dimensions, views and tolerances
• Proficient using equipment and hand tools such: Bench saw, Miter saw/Radial saw, Band saw, Planer/Jointer, Electrical tools: Router, screw driver, sander. Hand tools.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced team environment while managing multiple projects
• Strong attention to detail and flawless results
• Ability to communicate with multiple levels within an organization and be a team member

Responsibilities

• Assembly of products
• Product completion per Production Schedule
• Meet all critical dimensions and product characteristics
• Maintain work station clean, organized and safe
• Use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required
• Maintain the time sheet accurate and on time
• Observe all company policies and standard practices
• Participate on all required continuous improvement activities
