About The Position

This is a full-time, M-F daytime role for a Carpenter Technician at the Tremont manufacturing facility on the west side of Indianapolis. The position involves building custom trailer units from the ground up using wood and composite materials in a stable, team-focused manufacturing environment. The role requires hands-on craftsmanship, working from blueprints, and collaborating with electrical and mechanical teams. After hire, the successful candidate will need to travel to the State of Georgia for 2-3 weeks of cross-training.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, construction, or hands-on manufacturing
• Comfortable using power tools and reading basic blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble trailer units using wood and composite materials
• Measure, cut, frame, and install floors, walls, roofs, and interiors
• Work from blueprints and production plans to bring projects to life
• Use tools you know—saws, drills, nail guns, sanders, and more
• Install components like paneling, cabinetry, insulation, and trim
• Partner with electrical and mechanical teams to complete builds
• Check your work for quality, fit, and durability
