At Paul Davis Restoration of Southwest Montana, we restore homes and businesses after fire, water, storm, mold, and other property damage. Our customers aren't remodeling because they want to—they're rebuilding after one of the most difficult experiences of their lives. Requirements
- Five or more years of residential carpentry, remodeling, or reconstruction experience
- Strong finish carpentry skills
- Experience with drywall, painting, cabinets, trim, flooring, and general carpentry
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and safely work from ladders
- Comfortable using a smartphone for job documentation and communication

Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of residential and light commercial reconstruction work, including drywall hanging, finishing, and texture matching.
- Interior and exterior painting.
- Cabinet installation and adjustments.
- Install interior doors, casing, baseboard, crown molding, and finish trim.
- Install luxury vinyl plank, laminate, hardwood, and tile flooring.
- Perform framing and structural repairs.
- Perform minor roofing and siding repairs.
- Demolition and jobsite preparation when needed.
- Complete punch lists and final quality inspections.
- Protect customers' homes and maintain clean, organized jobsites.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, teammates, subcontractors, and project managers.
