Requirements

• 2-5 years of carpentry or residential remodeling experience
• Experience with cabinetry, kitchen renovations, trim, or finish carpentry
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work on ladders

Nice To Haves

• Buildertrend or similar construction software experience is a plus - but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with cabinet, trim, molding, door, and millwork installation
• Support framing, finish carpentry, and residential remodeling projects
• Work alongside experienced carpenters on beautiful kitchen renovations
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
• Deliver quality workmanship while working in occupied homes
