This is a hands-on role supporting the contractor and helping keep the job site running efficiently.
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a construction environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to stay busy and anticipate job site needs
Nice To Haves
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Move and organize construction materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Assist the contractor with general labor tasks as needed
- Perform basic painting and finishing work
- Stay proactive and jump in where help is needed
