Requirements
- 5+ years of residential handyman, construction, or home service experience
- Strong skills across multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, minor electrical/plumbing)
- Ability to work independently and manage jobs from start to finish
- A natural leader who enjoys teaching and mentoring others
- Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
