About The Position
RPM Staffing is seeking a hardworking and dependable Construction General Laborer who takes pride in quality work, works well with others, and isn't afraid of a challenge. This is a full-time position with a pay rate of $15.00/HR.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Texas or Oklahoma Driver's License
- Basic math and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
Nice To Haves
- Construction or restoration experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for repairs and construction projects
- Measure, cut, and install materials such as framing, drywall, and trim
- Apply finishes including texture, paint, caulk, and drywall mud
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely
- Track punch lists, materials, and project progress
- Assist with loading, unloading, and keeping job sites organized
- Work alongside a crew to complete projects efficiently
