About The Position

We are one of St. Louis County's top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies and have provided homes and businesses throughout St. Louis and St. Charles with quality craftsmanship for all of their home repair needs. We are expanding and are currently seeking a highly motivated professional Lead Craftsman with skills in multiple trades.

We are looking for a talented, multi-skilled Craftsman who is committed to quality work in both residential and commercial settings. Someone who possesses a strong will to complete all tasks assigned in a timely, professional manner. We need an independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills and a desire to enjoy the variety we offer. Requirements

• Carpentry
• Cabinet installation
• Trim Carpentry
• Light electrical and plumbing
• Framing and Drywall
• Knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.
• Must be a quick thinker and have the ability to be able to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner.
• Must be able to communicate with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
• Someone who is punctual, efficient
• Enjoys being an Integral part of a winning team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and be a player coach in full service kitchen remodels
• Manage projects and teams
• Maintain the highest integrity and strives for top customer satisfaction.
