About The Position

Bo-Mac Contractors, Ltd. is hiring Carpenter Helpers in the Donaldsonville, Louisiana area. The role involves performing carpentry-related work safely, following company safety procedures, and contributing to project success and customer satisfaction. Work may include constructing, fabricating, installing, and dismantling formwork, fixtures, and accessories made of metal, wood, and other materials. The employee must be able to read and interpret instructions and document, plan, and perform work activities independently with guidance from a classified journeyman.

Candidates must be able to meet the role’s physical and sensory demands and communicate with supervisors and coworkers about safety and operational matters. Candidates must also be willing to undergo any job-related background check, medical examination, and drug screening required during the hiring process. Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, crawl, balance, and grasp constantly.
• Ability to lift, carry, climb, stoop or crouch, and kneel frequently.

Nice To Haves

• Preference is given to candidates with 6 months to 4 years of Carpenter Helper experience meeting or exceeding performance expectations.

Responsibilities
