Requirements
- High School Diploma (SSD)
- Ability to work with an RF scanner
- Solid understanding of how an inventory works
- Have two (2) or more years of experience as a forklift operator, ideally in the food storage industry
- Ability to work in a bilingual environment (French and English required)
- Ability and willingness to work in a cold environment (-18°C)
- Organized, reliable and responsible
- Concerned about customer satisfaction without neglecting results
- Ability to learn quickly
Nice To Haves
- Experience with narrow-aisle/double-reach forklift (a great asset)
- Have a current forklift operator card and experience in an environment with a WMS Warehouse Management System (an asset)
Responsibilities
- Receive goods and control quantities
- Prepare orders and load trailers
- Shelving pallets of incoming goods
- Meet the needs of the production unit for raw materials
- Conduct inventories (annually and occasionally)
- Fill out shipping and receiving forms
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
