About The Position

Fox Carriers is seeking professional, reliable Owner-Operators with DOT-compliant 9–15 ft vans for stable, long-term cooperation. We focus on eliminating guesswork and deadhead miles by having our dispatch team strategically optimize routes to maximize weekly revenue. We offer flexible contract-based work with both full-time and part-time availability, and we ensure you get paid for Layover, Detention, and TONU if plans change. We also provide expert 24/7 dispatcher support focused on securing the highest market rates.

Requirements

• Must own a 2011 or newer Cargo / Sprinter Van (9–15 ft cargo space).
• Active DOT compliance.
• Required equipment on board (Straps, E-Tracks, and PPE).
• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Clean background and MVR for the past 5 years.
• Professionalism, punctuality, flexibility, and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 2011 or newer Cargo / Sprinter Van (9-15 ft cargo space).
• Ensure active DOT compliance.
• Maintain required equipment on board (Straps, E-Tracks, and PPE).
• Demonstrate a high level of punctuality, flexibility, and responsibility on every route.
• Handle no-touch freight.
• Potentially transport premium port, military, and specialized cargo if possessing a TWIC Card or Hazmat Endorsement.
