Requirements

  • Warehouse management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with CDL & Bobtail Drivers to retrieve and deliver airline cargo and mail to their respective warehouse in a timely and safe manner.
  • Builds and maintains positive rapport with cargo warehouse, airlines and customers while supporting reliable service delivery and operational performance.
  • Ensure reliable customer service delivery of cargo and mail.
  • Coordinate routes and schedules for drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Communicate with drivers via radio or phone to provide instructions, updates, and operational support.
  • Liaise with station managers, airport authorities, and internal departments to resolve issues.
  • Report accidents and operation issues.
  • Carry out responsibilities in accordance with company policies.
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture through daily observations, shift briefings, safety meetings, routine audits, training, and documented procedures.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues to management.
  • Comply with all airport driving rules.
  • Ensure that trucks and bobtail are maintained, and report issues immediately.
  • Report all accidents immediately to a supervisor or manager.
  • Report to work on time and accurately clock in/out for each shift.
