Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills required, with 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent listening and communication skills and the ability to read, write and speak English fluently
  • Minimum typing skills of 20 wpm
  • Must be flexible to work any shift within a 24-hour period including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; flexibility is a must, as your work hours and days may change up to 4 times per year
  • Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time in a small cubicle area
  • You will perform structured functions, such as typing information into a computer and speaking on the phone to customers, repeatedly throughout your shift
  • Must be able to adhere to firm, predetermined break periods
  • Other than the scheduled break and lunch periods, you will be required to be at your workstation performing applicable duties
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positioned break and lunch periods, you will be required to be at your work station performing applicable duties.

Responsibilities

  • Help maintain service level standards while meeting business objectives, by answering phones and or email in a timely and professional manner
  • Book all Domestic, International and QuickPak cargo shipments, for external and internal customers
  • Book all Domestic, International and QuickPak cargo shipments, for external and internal customers
  • Provide accurate information to customers, as it pertains to rules, regulations, rates and acceptance of all cargo products
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal/external customers
  • Selling and promoting our cargo products
