About The Position

GHG Corporation is seeking an experienced Cargo Logistics Mission Integrator to support the CMC4 program and NASA’s Moonbase Exploration Operations team. The role manages integrated cargo logistics and coordinates lifecycle logistics integration by defining objectives, developing plans and timelines, coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and supporting the success of cargo logistics and manifests across Exploration Programs from element initiation through flight. This includes lifecycle planning for development and operations, as well as developing and implementing processes and tools to identify, mitigate, and report logistics and manifest risks.

The position is regular, full-time, and on-site in Houston, Texas. U.S. citizenship is required. A security clearance is not currently required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of prior relevant experience, or a master’s degree and at least 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Familiarity with NASA processes.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Organized and proactive, with clear communication skills.
• Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated Artemis missions and negotiate trades and hardware deliveries to ensure mission milestones are met.
• Resolve cargo logistics issues and associated documentation by tracking issues, establishing deadlines, and monitoring open work.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate open work and plan its closure.
• Coordinate with stakeholders regarding the impacts of cargo and manifest changes.
• Assess logistics impacts resulting from changes in vehicle capabilities.
• Develop and refine logistics coordination processes and documentation.
• Collect, analyze, and integrate Artemis Program logistics and cargo data supporting Moonbase programs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on logistics and cargo requirements.
• Develop strategies to remove roadblocks and support efficient, effective logistics management.
