Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be physically fit (able to bend, kneel, crawl, stoop, climb and lift 70 pounds repetitively)
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, split shifts, weekends, holidays
• A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities
• Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that’s through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience processing payments
• Forklift certification
• Valid First Aid
• Fluent in French

Responsibilities

• Loading and moving cargo
• Ensuring manifests and load-planning documents are ready
• Packaging and storing cargo appropriately
• Accepting cargo and processing accurate payments
• Providing excellent customer service in person or on the phone
• Calculating available aircraft load and prioritizing freight
• Verifying received freight piece counts and notifying receivers of freight shipments
