About The Position
At Trellis, we don't just manage buildings; we sustain homes. We are looking for a reliable, Caretaker to join our Twin Cities team. If you want a stable, full-time position with no weekends required, we want to talk to you! You will be part of the team managing a 168-unit apartment community in Eden Prairie, ensuring our residents have a safe, clean, and functional place to live.

Responsibilities
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and daily upkeep of all common areas in the buildings.
- Keeping grounds clean of debris, ensuring sidewalks and entrances are free of snow and ice, cleaning dumpster areas
- Completing thorough cleaning to prepare units for move-ins
