About The Position
The Caretaker drives development vehicles, assists with debris pickup, collects materials and supplies, assists with emergency snow removal, and prepares apartments for move-outs. A valid driver's license and the ability to drive a manual-transmission vehicle are required. NYCHA employees applying for transfer, promotional, title, or level-change opportunities must have served at least one year in their current location and current title and level, if applicable. NYCHA residents are encouraged to apply. There are no formal education or experience requirements for this position.
Requirements
