About The Position
Blackberry Pointe Apartments is currently seeking a full-time Caretaker to become a part of our great team! This position is cleaning apartments and apartment buildings/grounds. The hours for the position are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, on-call every 3-4 weeks. Overtime as needed.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift/push 50 lbs.
- Candidate should be organized, punctual & have great customer service skills
- Attention to detail is a must
- Time management a must
- Complete projects in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow direction as needed
- Previous experience
Responsibilities
- Cleaning vacant apartments
- Cleaning common areas
- Delivering notices
- Lawn care and shoveling (as a team)
- Other duties as assigned by Community Manager and/or Property Manager
