About The Position
This position involves mixing and applying plastering materials to interior and exterior surfaces using various tools and techniques. Responsibilities include applying plaster coats, lathing and plastering bases, and performing dust control and cleanup. Caretaker Ps are encouraged to gain knowledge for career advancement to Plasterer. Travel throughout the five boroughs is required.

Responsibilities
- Mix plastering materials properly.
- Apply plastering materials to interior and exterior surfaces (use of hawk, trowel, Darby, slicker; working of dots and screeds); apply plaster coats (scratch, brown and finish).
- Lathing and plastering bases (channel iron, wire lath, etc.).
- Perform dust control and clean up.
