About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring caregivers of all levels in Norwell, MA. We welcome experienced HHAs and CNAs, as well as individuals new to caregiving who have a good heart and a willingness to learn. We have roles available for Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Personal Care Assistants (PCA), Homemakers, and general Caregivers. We offer flexible scheduling options, including full-time, part-time, per diem, short shifts, and availability during weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements
- Compassionate, reliable, and respectful
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to get to client homes
- Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines

Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care, bathing, dressing, and hygiene
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Running errands like grocery shopping
- Offering companionship and conversation
- Supporting mobility and safe movement around the home
- Responding calmly and responsibly in emergencies
