Requirements

  • Certified HCA or CNA preferred—not required (we pay for your training!)
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
  • Honest, energetic, and caring individual committed to helping others

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
  • Work in clients’ homes, offering routine support with varying shift times and activities
