Requirements

Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required; training is provided.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills.
Ability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
Must pass background checks and drug screenings as required by state law.

Nice To Haves

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to appropriate parties.
Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Follow individualized care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
Ensure client safety by adhering to all company policies and procedures during care.
