About The Position
Cambrian Homecare, LLC is hiring caring and capable individuals to help adults and seniors remain safely in their homes. Caregivers assist clients with personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, errands, and light housekeeping, and provide general oversight to help ensure client safety in the home. No experience is required if the candidate meets the stated education or training alternative; virtual training is available. The role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, a supportive office team available 24/7, employee recognition, a referral bonus, and a $200 sign-on bonus. The hourly rate is $19.00.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have at least 6 months of verifiable professional experience in the field, or schooling and/or a training course.
- Pass a background check and reference check.
- Have a current TB test, physical, CPR certification, and First Aid certification, valid within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care.
- Provide companionship.
- Prepare meals.
- Give medication reminders.
- Run errands.
- Perform light housekeeping.
- Provide general oversight to help ensure client safety in the home.
