About The Position
Cambrian Homecare, LLC is hiring individuals with the passion to provide one-on-one care to children or adults with developmental disabilities in their homes. This position involves engaging and supervising the client for safety, assisting with behavioral activities, chores, homework, and maintaining the client/family routine. It also includes before and after school care, hygiene care as needed, and comfort in providing different levels of personal care.
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Must have 6+ months of verifiable professional experience in the field
- Ability to pass a background check and reference check
- Current TB test, Physical, CPR and First Aid certification (valid within 30 days of hire)
Responsibilities
- Engage and supervise the client for safety
- Behavioral activities
- Assist with chores, homework and maintain the client/family routine
- Before and after school care
- Hygiene care as needed
- Must be comfortable providing different levels of personal care
