Requirements
- Experience working various shifts preferred.
- Must be able to perform independently from day on with 1-3 years hands on experience.
- Must have an active driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be 21+ years of age to meet company insurance requirements for transporting clients.
Nice To Haves
- Compassionate, attentive and dedicated to providing quality care to geriatric clientele
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assist with mobility including transferring/lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of caregiving best practices
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care ADLs: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting
- Meal prep and light housekeeping for safety and cleanliness
