About The Position

Amada Senior Care is seeking compassionate, experienced, and reliable caregivers, specifically CNAs and HCAs, to join our team. We are looking for individuals committed to improving the lives of our clients and meeting our high standards of care. This role involves providing care for a specific client in Bremerton, WA, with a set schedule and a competitive hourly pay rate. We also offer CEU training assistance to support your professional development.

Requirements

• Active State License: CNA or HCA required.
• Caregiver with at least one (1) year of caregiver experience, highly preferred.
• Ability to lift, move or assist patients using proper body mechanics.
• Must have valid Driver's License, proof of current auto insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background and fingerprint check, as required per Washington state law.
• Ability to communicate effectively with seniors.
• Must be reliable and dependable.

Nice To Haves

• Nurse Delegation: highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) including bathing, dressing, transferring, toileting, incontinence, and feeding.
• Assisting with IADL's (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living) including shopping, housekeeping, medication management, and meal preparation.
• Following each client's Care Plan.
