Become a Caregiver and Make a Difference. Provide personal care and assistance to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Follow each patient's individualized care plan. Observe and report changes in the patient's condition to the supervising nurse. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and supervisors. Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times. Submit all required documentation promptly. In accordance with state regulations, Home Health Aides and CNAs do not perform skilled nursing procedures, including medication administration, sterile dressing changes, catheterization, tube feeding, wound irrigation, tracheostomy care, enemas, or any task outside the approved plan of care.
