About The Position

Senior Helpers of Holly Springs is actively hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers, PCAs, HHAs, and CNAs to provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors throughout Fuquay-Varina and surrounding South Wake County communities. This position is ideal for caregivers seeking flexible scheduling, supplemental income, PRN/as-needed work, a second job, meaningful work with growth potential, and opportunities to build a more consistent schedule over time. At Senior Helpers, you’ll provide personalized care in clients’ homes — no facility burnout, no rushed patient ratios, and no institutional environment. We strive to match caregivers with clients close to home whenever possible. This is a PRN / flexible part-time position, meaning schedules are based on client care needs and caregiver availability. While hours are not guaranteed, many caregivers have opportunities to build consistent schedules over time through strong availability, reliability, and performance. We are currently prioritizing caregivers with weekday daytime availability (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and flexibility to accept shifts as client needs arise. Evening and weekend availability is highly valued and may lead to additional hours. Caregivers with broader availability are typically considered first for new client assignments and additional scheduling opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Current auto insurance
  • Ability to pass TB screening
  • Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude
