About The Position
We are building a dedicated care team for a 24/7 client living in a memory care community in Bedford and are looking for at least five experienced caregivers to join the team. This is a great opportunity for caregivers looking for long, consistent shifts and the ability to build a regular schedule with one client. Alzheimer's/dementia care experience is required for this assignment.
Requirements
- Experienced in caring for clients with Alzheimer's disease or dementia
- Comfortable working in a memory care environment
- Patient, attentive, and compassionate
- Dependable and committed to their scheduled shifts
Responsibilities
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Providing redirection, reassurance, and supervision as needed
- Communicating changes or concerns to the care team
