About The Position

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal needs.
• Encourage residents to remain active and involved in their daily routines.
• Observe residents’ well-being, notice changes in their conditions, and promptly report concerns.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Engage residents in activities and conversations and help make each day special.
• Provide dependable support with patience, respect, and compassion.
