About The Position

CareFor is hiring compassionate caregivers to support clients where it most matters: at home. We’re looking for experienced and dependable Caregivers to provide hands-on support for clients throughout the greater Austin area, including Dripping Springs, Southwest Austin, Central Austin, North Austin, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park, and Leander. This role is key to delivering the high-quality, client-centered care CareFor is known for. Requirements

• 18 Years or Older
• Valid Driver's License and Insurance
• Background Check: Candidates must clear a full background check.
• Reliable Transportation: Ability to get to and from clients’ homes as needed.
• 1 year of experience or a valid CNA license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, mobility, eating, and toileting
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Follow care plans and training to deliver high-quality, respectful care
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and the CareFor team to ensure continuity of care
