About The Position

We are currently seeking caring, dependable, and compassionate individuals to join our team as CAREgivers. Every day, the relationships you build and the compassion you provide will make a lasting difference in the lives of our clients. You’ll be supported by a dedicated leadership team while gaining valuable experience and growing your career. We believe in developing our team from within. Experienced caregivers have the opportunity to participate in our 6-week mentoring program, supporting and guiding new team members. Mentors serve as role models, offering both personal and professional support while helping new hires succeed.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license or state ID
• A compassionate, patient, and caring attitude
• A genuine desire to help seniors age safely at home

Nice To Haves

• No experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, paid training through our Caregiver Development Program, including hands-on instruction and ongoing monthly education.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Support clients with errands, appointments, and medication reminders
• Assist with dementia and Alzheimer’s care
