About The Position
SpringRidge Court is a well-established, CARF Accredited Community offering 70 apartments of Assisted Living and 14 apartments of Enliven (Memory Care). We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers. We offer competitive pay, a $3 weekend shift differential, and all shifts are available. We also have a "Weekend Warrior" position (full time or part time) with the $3/hour shift differential for Friday-Sunday. For over 37 years, Senior Resource Group-SRG has been an innovator in the development and operation of senior living communities across the USA, winning many awards for innovative community design, excellent service, and exceptional care.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- Any caregiving experience is great but not required!
Responsibilities
- Respond to resident needs promptly and kindly.
- Assist residents in their daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, etc.).
- Transport residents as necessary assisting them into and out of bed, wheelchairs.
- Listen to the amazing stories our residents have.
- Work with a care team to provide the best care and environment possible.
