Requirements

At least 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
CNA and/or Certified Caregiver license.
CPR and First Aid certification.
Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray.
AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Card.

Responsibilities

Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers, based on their individual care plans.
Encouraging clients to participate in their own care and maintain proper nutrition and hydration.
Keeping accurate client records during each shift in compliance with company policies.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment.
Responding promptly and professionally to emergencies or client requests.
