Part Time Caregiver
About The Position
ComForCare is seeking a Part Time Caregiver to provide clients with various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with an established plan of care, enabling them to remain in their residence. This role is crucial as our Caregivers are the heart and soul of what we do, and we are committed to our CaregiverFirst promise. We ensure our caregivers are treated with respect and dignity, provided with exceptional and ongoing training, always have support available, and are thoughtfully matched with compatible clients. Requirements
- Previous Home Health Aide Experience required.
- High school graduate or G.E.D certificate.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
- Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job.
- Willing to keep client active.
- Good at communicating.

Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, skin care, back care, shampoo, oral hygiene, transfers, range of motion exercise, safe use of equipment and assistive devices (wheel chair), change of position, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and respite services for family.
- Provide stand-by assist with transfers for fall risk clients.
- Provide occasional transportation to run errands within a 5-mile radius once a week.
