About The Position

At Touching Hearts at Home, our caregivers make a real difference in the lives of seniors and families every day. If you are someone who takes pride in helping others and showing up for people when they need it most, this could be a great fit for you. We are now hiring caregivers and CNAs in the Charlotte area – interviews available. We provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties. Our caregivers support clients in remaining safe, comfortable, and independent at home while offering companionship and assistance with daily activities.

Requirements

CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
Ability to lift 25 pounds

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support mobility and transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals for clients
Perform light housekeeping related to care
Assist with daily living activities
