About The Position

We are seeking reliable and experienced caregivers for short shifts in the Naperville, Lisle, Geneva, St. Charles, Batavia, Aurora, Lockport, and Plainfield areas. We offer weekday and weekend shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends. Specific shift times include 8 a.m.-12 noon, 1 p.m.-5 p.m., and 6 p.m.-10 p.m. We value caregivers with at least one year of experience who are proficient in all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and have experience with dementia care across multiple care plans. Experience with the WellSky app is a plus.

Requirements

• At least one year of caregiving experience.
• Reliability.
• Proficiency in all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Experience with dementia care on multiple care plans.
• Driver's license.
• Auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with the WellSky app.
• Experience with the Care Academy platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide care during short shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide specialized care for clients with dementia.
• Utilize the WellSky app for care management (experience welcomed).
