About The Position

At HomeWell, our Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Direct Care Workers are the heart of everything we do. We provide ongoing support, career development, and a dedicated Care Team focused on helping you succeed. Weekend availability is required.

Requirements

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Direct Care Worker, or Caregiving experience preferred.
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional senior care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Reliable transportation.
Valid Arizona Driver's License.
Current Arizona Auto Insurance.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Current TB Test.
Level One Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Social Security Card or Birth Certificate required for employment eligibility.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and office staff.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality, non-medical in-home care while promoting safety, dignity, and independence.
Personal Care (Bathing, Grooming, Dressing, Toileting)
Companion Care and Emotional Support
Meal Preparation and Light Housekeeping
Medication Reminders
Mobility and Transfer Assistance
Transportation to Medical Appointments and Errands
Dementia and Alzheimer's Care
Fall Prevention and Safety Monitoring
Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Communication with Family Members and Care Team
Accurate Documentation of Client Care
