About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. In this role, you will provide individualized care to clients in their homes, assisting them with daily activities to enhance their quality of life. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and want to feel fulfilled in their work.

Requirements

• Eighteen years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgment
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
